I'm feeling extremely grateful right now!
The past week my head has just been filled with lots of overwhelming little things (like business re-vamping and what to do's).
So after dinner last night I sat down on the couch next to my husband and thought to myself I have some serious things to be grateful for... push all the what if's out of your mind missy!
I am seriously grateful for my husby! I know most girls say this but I don't know what I would do or be without him. SERIOUSLY ya'll!
He gets me and he believes in me. Sometimes he believes in me more than I believe in myself (which is kind of amazing and perfect!) This week he has taken on the task of being stay at home parent while I went off to Richmond, VA to meet with the amazing Katelyn James for a coaching session. (more on that later!) Husby's idea and gift to me!
Photography is something I just can't seem to stay away from and not only does husby completely believe in my ability to go as far as I want with it... he supports it and works just as hard/sometimes harder to help make it happen!
I'm also seriousy grateful that I get to be at home spending some amazing time with my little man! He is growing sooo quickly... a year in a WEEK... EEEEEEKKKKK! (Is it really just a week?! noooooo)
Our life has been so busy at home these days with happy little walking feet and new experiences that sometimes I forget to stop, slow down and savor each moment as an adventure!
I'm grateful for the support I have around me in good friends and good family!
I'm also grateful for all the different, creative little outlets I have... photography, body flow, BOOBS (he he he yes you should check that out here... it's not what you think!)
Some other things I'm grateful for:
- little almond ice cream bites that taste exactly like klondike's! (that I ate in my bed one afternoon during nap time while catching up on Dance moms)
- Blue tooth audio in the car (I know I am not the only one looking like a complete fool while talking to myself)
- Cell phones - totally got extremely lost while driving to Richmond (well Manakin) and had to "phone a friend" who told me that no I didn't have to drive 30 min out of the way because the place I thought was wrong was actually right. So I drove BACK to where I was 30 min later!
I used to write each night into a gratitude journal and it really did help me to appreciate all my blessings. I need to start that back up because it's so easy to forget during the hustle and bustle.
What are you grateful for this week? I really do want to know... leave me a comment!
and just for good measure... here's a little sneak peek into what is coming up all too soon for us
ALSO... speaking of business things, rolling out a few new series on the blog! Start looking for them next week!
